About the site
Our farm with its huge property is situated in a secluded location between the rivers Elde and Alte Elde. You have free choice of location: In the orchard between apple, cherry and plum trees, under the huge old linden trees with a view of the meadow and reeds or by fir, linden, beech and magnolia trees with a wild rose pavilion as an "awning" for your bus. Don't be alarmed if a deer peeks in your window in the morning. It's important for you to know: we're surrounded by nature and close to water. Besides the charming animals like deer, rabbits, foxes, and our chickens, sheep, and cats, there are also mosquitoes, other insects, and creepy-crawlies. So don't forget mosquito repellent and, if needed, your allergy medication. The surrounding area is ideal for long walks, bike rides and hikes. If a clean toilet or a hot shower is needed, a bathroom in the house can be used after a short prior arrangement. Electricity can be obtained via a cable reel if required (€0.70/kWh).

We reserve the right to immediately remove people from the site if there is racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory behavior or if corresponding symbols/content are displayed, e.g. on the car or on clothing. As we are in the middle of nature, please behave considerately (don't leave rubbish lying around, put cigarette butts in the ashtray, be nice to the animals) For guests with dogs: -There are many wild animals in the immediate vicinity, chickens, ducks and cats that run free, as well as fenced-in sheep. If your dog is to run free later, he must be able to be called back and always kept in sight. -Please be so kind as to put your dog on a leash when you arrive. -Please dispose of dog poop on the property. Before you take photos or other images of or on our property, especially those that are to be posted or published in any way, please ask us first if this is okay.

Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable.
