About the site
Fenced property with meadows, trees and bushes. The property is located on a small river that can be navigated by canoe/paddle boat towards Leipzig city center. Forest and floodplain landscape, ideal for hiking. Cospudener See can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Very nice bike tours around the Neuseenland and surrounding area. Belantis family park nearby. Cozy restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area 200 m away. On the property there is a small half-timbered house with a cannon stove, corner bench, table and large TV that can be shared. I can provide an additional sleeping place in a Finnish hut. From April to October the access to the property is blocked with a barrier that is opened with a hand-held transmitter. Please contact us before arrival to hand over the transmitters.

Thomas hat einen tollen Platz direkt an der Weißen Elster im Süden Leipzigs geschaffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen bei ihm gefühlt.
Wir waren drei Tage mit unserem Dachzelt hier und hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit. Der Stellplatz liegt direkt an einem Fluss und ist ideal zum Angeln. Zum Badesee ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für das Auto mit Dachzelt, kalte Getränke zu fairen Preisen und einen sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, der jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar war. Insgesamt ein entspannter Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!
