Fenced property with meadows , trees and bushes. The property is located on a small river that can be navigated by canoe / paddle boat in the direction of Leipzig city centre. Forest and meadow landscape , ideal for hiking. Cospudener See can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Very nice bike rides around the Neuseenland and the surrounding area. Belantis family park nearby. Cozy restaurant with a nice patio 200 m away. On the property there is a small half-timbered house with a cannon stove , corner seat , table and large television that can be shared. I can provide an additional place to sleep in a finn hut. From April to October , the access to the property is blocked with a barrier that is opened with a hand transmitter. Please contact us before arrival to hand over the transmitter.

Thomas is a very warm host who gave us a friendly welcome and offers a great place in the countryside not far from Lake Cospuden. The place is spacious, offers electricity, supply and disposal and a great outdoor shower. We felt very comfortable and will be back!

Thomas is an open-minded, lovable host, who gave us a very nice welcome and gave us the feeling of having been taken in by family. We could always turn to him with questions. The facility is not far from the Cospudener See and is very well located for excursions by bike, hiking or relaxing on the beach. It takes 20-25 minutes by bike to get to the center of Leipzig. The property is nicely shaded, with the White Elster flowing behind it. We'd love to come back. Thank you Thomas!
