About the site
A lovely shady parking spot awaits you on our orchard, with a view of lush green meadows and the beautiful undeveloped expanse of the countryside. When wet, the meadow is only accessible with four-wheel drive. Alternatively, the vehicle can be parked directly on the edge of the meadow by the path. The nearest shopping facility in Aichstetten is about 6 km away. There are swimming opportunities in Aitrach on the Aitrachsee or in Haslach on the reservoir (Rappenbach retention basin) (both about 8 km away). The airfield in Unterzeil is 12 km away; here you can experience a parachute jump (https://www.skydive-nuggets.de/). The nearest larger cities are Leutkirch, Bad Wurzach and Memmingen; all can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car. Die Kommunikation war herzlich, unkompliziert und super angenehm. Der Platz selbst ist wie ein kleiner Kurzurlaub für die Seele: Perfekt für lange Radtouren, entspannte Wanderungen oder einfach zum Durchatmen inmitten wunderschöner Natur. Man fühlt sich rundum willkommen - ein Ort, an den ich gerne zurückkomme!

So ein schönes schnuckeliges Plätzchen ♥️ Wir wollten unseren neuen Wohnwagen mal testen und waren tagsüber im Center Parcs. Leider ging uns der Wassertank nach einem Tag leer, somit wäre ein Wasseranschluss für uns noch super gewesen. Aber das wussten wir ja, ein paar sixer Wasser haben uns dann „gerettet“. Unsere 3 Kids fanden es spannend hier, immer mal wieder flog ein Flugzeug ganz tief über unsere Köpfe :-) wie kommen gerne mal wieder & empfehlen weiter.
