I grew up on the farm and learned about agriculture and viticulture from an early age. My wife is more or less self-taught and gathers her knowledge wherever she can. The most important school is nature and the living.
Our children Sebastian and Victoria support us in our work. The junior is determined to continue the craft. He will soon be completing his apprenticeship and years of travel on biodynamic farms abroad. We are already looking forward to his return and to everything he will bring home with him. Victoria considers working with animals later. Goats, sheep and cows are particularly close to her heart.
