Thanks to its healing springs, it was once one of the most famous bathing places in Hungary and then in Romania; it has appeared in several international catalogs and has often been referred to as the "Pearl of Banat" or the "Bad Nauheim of Banat". - not far away from camping you can find a little Airport with airplane piloting school( AeroWest). - 4 vineries on the hill of Silagiu with a nice panorama - supermarket, gas station, Restaurants - 30 minutes from Timișoara the biggest city în this area, European Capitale of Culture in 2023. One of the forgotten architectural pieces of Buzias is The Colonnade from Central Park. Franz-Josef Emperor of the Austrian-Hungarian empire order this to be built as a gift for Sissi.
