A beautiful spot, perfect for a rooftop tent. We received a very friendly welcome and even a little surprise. :-) We thank you and will enjoy the gifts from the wine shop at home.

The parking space is easy to find and also very easy to reach. I was warmly welcomed by the Frick family upon arrival and I was shown the parking space. The actual pitch is located on a very nice, well-kept Meadow behind the winery's house. The meadow is slightly sloping, so it's definitely a good idea to use wheel chocks :) Since it had rained the last few days before my arrival, making the meadow very wet, I was allowed to spend the night on a patch of paved grass pavers in front of the meadow. Same great view, but with dry feet. Connecting the camper to shore power was no problem either, and I was even offered the use of the sanitary facilities. And of course there is the possibility of a wine tasting. Right near the campsite is a small animal farm. The farm's residents also greeted us warmly as we walked past from their stables :) The surrounding area is really beautiful and offers several opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, etc. In the village itself, just a few minutes' walk away, there is both a butcher and a bakery. All in all a very nice spot and a quiet night.

Everyone at the winery was incredibly friendly and helpful. From the pitches in the meadow, you have a fantastic view of the countryside. Pigs, chickens, and sheep are included. We'd love to come back!
