Dog excrement and garbage should be disposed of. We are considerate of our neighbors from 10 p.m. onwards. We are a community of very different people between the ages of 18 and 44. We treat each other and nature with respect. We don't like bongos or Nazis ;-)

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
