Approx. 6 x 8 m large, gravelled, level parking space on the edge of a farm's garden. There is electricity on site, water on the farm. The farm is on the edge of town, with direct access to meadows, fields and forests. The beautiful and well-kept Aichstrutsee is 500 m away and can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. It invites you to swim and linger. There is a kiosk, barbecue areas and a separate sandy beach for children right on the lake. There is also a basketball court and a small playground, as well as changing rooms. The on-board toilet can be officially disposed of here without any problems. The Schwabenpark leisure and adventure park makes children's hearts beat faster and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. (Simply through the garden and across the meadow....) A summer toboggan run, ski and sledge lift are 4 kilometers away. In Welzheim, 3 kilometers away, there are many tourist attractions such as steam train rides, a Roman museum, a great mini golf course, forest nature trail, adventure playground, restaurants, shops, doctors, etc. In Laufenmühle, 6 km away, there is an experience field for the senses and a coffee roastery. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails through fields, forests and ravines, cross-country skiing directly from the farm. Streams, lakes, mills, forests, ravines and fields in a lovely environment invite you to be discovered. We are located at the foot of the Swabian Alb. The terrain is slightly hilly and very varied. Stuttgart is the next larger city and can be reached by train or car in about 1 hour. In addition to the human residents, our farm also has horses, cattle, dogs, cats and bees. Honey can be bought from the farm, milk, eggs, pasta and sausage can be bought from the neighbor. Fresh rolls are available from the bakery 4 km away. Children are welcome to help groom the horses. On request, we offer guided hikes with horses and dogs in the attractive surroundings. A saddlebag snack and/or a final grilling of sausages and bread on a stick over an open fire to round off the day. A multi-hour, accompanied "time out with horses" for adults and/or families, as well as children's birthday parties on the farm with and without horses, can also be booked. On request, we also offer theme days, craft activities, nature workshops, etc. As a certified nature park guide, I offer accompanied theme hikes for adults through the beautiful Swabian-Franconian forest.
