About the site
This parking space is located in the middle of the ostrich farm/animal sanctuary. The site is approximately 5 km from the A9 motorway. Take the Allersberg exit (coming from the north) or the Hilpoltstein exit (coming from the south). The parking space is directly next to the animals. It is about 35km to Nuremberg. During the winter months we are CLOSED from November 1st to March 31st. During the high season (April to October) we are quiet between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-in is not possible between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM. We offer toilets and sinks, and the area is quiet as long as you can handle the chickens. :-) There are numerous bike paths, and the Danube-Main Canal is just 1 km away. In Freystadt (5 km) there is a free outdoor pool in the summer, and in Berching (10 km) there is a year-round water park. We look forward to your visit!!!

Dogs are allowed if they are cat-friendly and get along well with other dogs, and are kept on a leash. Please notify us upon departure. Electricity will be billed via meter, if required. Toller Stellplatz! Harald und seine Frau führen den Hof mit so viel Liebe, die sowohl in der Gestaltung wie auch in der Haltung der Tiere zu sehen ist. Ich stand mit offener Heckklappe direkt am Hühnergehe und fand es toll! Komme gerne wieder!

Es hat uns und unserem Hund sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde viel zum Hof erklärt. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind werden wir bestimmt wieder für eine Nacht vorbeischauen. Vielen Dank

Zwischen kaum befahrener Landstraße und jeder Menge Tieren findet man alles, was man braucht. Wir wurden von der Tochter des Hauses empfangen, die ihren Job ausgezeichnet ausgeführt hat. Empfehlungen für die Region inklusive. Die Nacht war 4:45 mit guten-Morgen-Rufen der Hähne vorbei. Das hat uns aber absolut nicht gestört. Wir sind immerhin im Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Definitely recommended, lovely place on the countryside with lots of animals around, flat space ti sleep, clean amenities and Harald welcomed us late in the evening.
