Site rules
- Open fires are permitted only at the fire pit. - No cigarettes or other trash are allowed in the paddock. - Dogs must be kept on a leash. - Any animal droppings must be removed from the entire property and the surrounding area. - Fences must remain closed at all times (danger of horses escaping). - Feeding and/or entering the horses/paddock independently is strictly prohibited. - Barbecues are expressly permitted.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
