About the site
The parking space is located on a meadow on a small farm in Udorf, which is quietly located by a small stream. This is an ideal place to spend the night when passing through, but the surrounding area is also wonderful to explore. Both Bad Arolsen, a small, beautiful baroque town with a beautiful castle, and the Sauerland can be easily reached from there. There are also inviting lakes in the area. The Twistesee is a nice day trip destination with a 6 km long circular path, a lido with a sandy beach and public showers (shower tokens available during the lido's opening hours) and a water skiing facility. The Diemelsee, on the other hand, offers a Sauerland atmosphere surrounded by small mountains. There you can, for example, rent small boats and explore the lake. You can also reach Willingen or Winterberg within about 35 - 55 minutes by car. There you will find beautiful hiking trails and views. Winter sports are also possible there in winter. In summer, Winterberg invites you to go ziplining or summer tobogganing, for example. If you need more tips for activities in the area, please feel free to contact us.

The best way to get onto the property is through the rear gate (white), where you can park your vehicle on the lawn in the marked areas (see pictures in the advert).

Sehr schöner, ruhiger Platz in einem kleinen abgelegenen Ort. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Beim nächsten Mal bringen wir mehr Zeit mit und erkunden die nächste Umgebung.

Der Platz in Udorf war ideal. Eine schöne und ruhige Wiese am Dorfrand. Strom für den Kühlschrank war möglich. Danke!
