About the site
Right on the B29, so a bit noisy, but very idyllic. 55 fruit trees in a long garden of 3500 square meters. Fire pit, barbecue, camping possible. If it has rained heavily for days, the area cannot be accessed to protect the trees and the grounds. Please call in advance. FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE is not absolutely necessary, but helpful. There is a beehive in the garden, but it is at the very eastern end of the garden. The grass is only very rarely mown for the bees. The first third is always available, however. It can sometimes be a bit wild around the fire pit.

A very nice host who goes to great lengths to make everything possible. Quick communication and coordination. Unfortunately, the campsite was quite unkempt. Upon arrival, the access road and one of the pitches had to be cleared of the waist-high grass. Guests were apparently not expected. The access road is also quite overgrown, which puts larger vehicles at a disadvantage. The site is directly adjacent to the main road, which can be noisy. This should be taken into account when booking. There is a fire pit and some children's toys, but they are rather unkempt. You should also be careful with children because there are numerous gardening tools scattered around. With a little more care, one could certainly offer a nice place despite the noise.

Excellent communication with Beate; she took such wonderful care of us. We were able to barbecue around the campfire in the evening and enjoy delicious apple juice from her own garden. The noise from the nearby highway isn't too bad and is easily bearable. There's plenty of space in the garden, and you can easily find a flat spot. The driveway is currently quite overgrown and already narrow. Our van (Ducato, 6.40 x 2.10 x 2.75) has already had its fair share of brush contact. You shouldn't be much bigger. It was a great night in late autumn!!! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by! Best regards, Markus and family

Beautiful place, Beate was really nice and waited for us because she was on the road that day so she could show us the place, as it is a bit hidden. From the square you can easily walk to Lidl and the outdoor swimming pool and you can quickly get back to the B27 or the motorway, which is an advantage on the one hand, but also a disadvantage, as you can unfortunately hear the B27 even at night. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it there.
