About the site
Whether north, south, east or west, you're in the best position at #krippnerhof. Whether with a motorhome, caravan, camper or tent, EVERYONE is ❤️Welcome. Our farm is located directly on the edge of the forest, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Thierstein castle ruins. In the middle of nowhere and yet central: The A93 Thierstein/Höchstädt motorway exit is only 2 km away (not within earshot!) and the Czech border (day trips) is only 9 km away. In addition to four children, our hobby farm is also home to dogs, cats, sheep and chickens. Activities: Cycling and hiking trails from the farm, geocaching, porcelain town of Selb, rock labyrinth and bird of prey park in Wunsiedel, Czech spa towns (Franzensbad, Marienbad) swimming opportunities (approx. 8 km) Visiting the Krippner family. Directions: A93 between Weiden and Hof, exit Thierstein/Höchstädt Electricity: if absolutely necessary, but no air conditioning or heating, possible after consultation

This is our second time here and we felt very comfortable again. Next time, we'd like to spend more time exploring the area. How lovely in summer, the meadow had been lovingly decorated. Christmas lights were shining everywhere.

A wonderful campsite surrounded by nature, yet with a few amenities, including a self-service cabin stocked with regional products, coffee, a toilet, a shower, and plenty of space for children to run around. The white sausage breakfast on Sunday was another highlight. The hosts, including the children, are very accommodating and easygoing. We'll definitely be back.
