Welcome to North Hesse! The parking space that we can offer you is on the outskirts of a cozy village of 300 souls and offers a great view of the North Hesse mountains. The space is at the back of the barn of our "rest farm". A great place that invites you to linger and take a breather and which we also really appreciate ourselves. In the village there is a country inn that is known and popular for its delicious schnitzel and moderate prices (https://www.landgasthof-wiegand.de/). In just 10 minutes by bike you are at Singliser See. The lake impresses with its clear water and is a very popular excursion destination in North Hesse. The "Am Hafen" bistro serves great organic bratwurst and an excellent Apérol Spritz. Other excursion destinations can be easily reached from the parking space. In nearby Borken, for example, there is the Hessian Lignite Mining Museum with a very well-prepared exhibition and an interesting outdoor theme park.
