About the site
Meadow right next to the forest. Absolutely quiet location with a beautiful view. I regularly mow a section of the meadow for you to use. Barbecues and campfires are generally permitted (please no open fires during prolonged dry weather), and we usually have a fire pit with a grill and wood for campfires. We've also set up a composting toilet for you (no toilet). The area is slightly sloping, but so far everyone has found a good spot. The surroundings are very quiet, making it easy to go for a walk, let the kids play, or simply relax in the hammock (which is already there). We've put up a small sign to help you find the meadow quickly, so no registration is required, and you can be flexible with your arrival time. Please leave the area as you found it.

Hello Kai, Julia and Joris, Thank you for the warm welcome. Your meadow was fantastic despite the minimal bumps; we all slept well in our tents. The composting toilet is a brilliant idea, and you can't smell it at all. There was even wood for the fire in the evening. The only thing that bothered us, but doesn't deduct any points, was Joris. It was nice for the kids to play together, but the little one was with us the whole time and was unfortunately quite cheeky, interrupting our play several times. I didn't like that. Maybe something should be addressed; not everyone likes it. Still, it's an absolutely top-notch place with plenty of peace and quiet. The hosts are really super friendly and have built something fantastic there.

Very nicely furnished site, beautifully situated. Unfortunately, it had rained earlier, so the wheels of our 6m van immediately spun on the wet grass (access to the actual site). We ended up spending the night right next to the paved road.
