Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars. Unfortunately, we found ourselves in front of a locked door, and Thomas didn't know about our booking. He wasn't there either, and communication over the phone was very difficult. We had to drive on. We couldn't even see what the place looked like, so we can't comment on it.
