More people and longer stays may be possible after consultation. Please let me know what you're bringing and how long your stay will be when you inquire. Felix is a super friendly host. The pitch was nice, quite quiet, and had good internet reception for remote work. The connection to Munich city center is also good, making this the perfect spot for people who enjoy sightseeing during the day but want peace and quiet in the countryside in the evening. Thank you, dear Felix ☺️

Everything was great! Very, very friendly and helpful! We slept very peacefully and well ☺️. We really, really enjoyed it and would definitely come back again 🙈!

Felix and his parents were very good hosts. Felix was very considerate of our little daughter, for example, mowing the lawn only after her nap. We would be happy to come back.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy.
