About the site
The Green Bungalow holiday home has been standing since 2018 and has been continuously modernized. Since 2023, we have offered a parking space for motorhomes. The parking space is located at the front of the property. The holiday home is located at the rear of the property. The new spa area (open June - October) is located in the center. Here you will find a whirlpool, a solar shower, and a sun lounger. The Stendell district of Schwedt is located in a rural area, ideal for leaving everyday life behind. The surrounding area offers excellent hiking, cycling, horseback riding, or even trekking with alpacas. The city center is about 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

Quiet hours are observed after 10 p.m. Please dispose of your trash in the designated trash cans. Close the gate after leaving the property. Please note that the property surrounding the holiday home is under video surveillance. Guests staying at the campsite are only permitted to enter this area with the permission of the hostess.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
