About the site
The pitch is located in a hilly area in Matelica, in the heart of the Apennines, a few minutes from Fabriano and Genga, where the Frasassi caves and the river with sulphurous thermal water are located. Positioned adjacent to my home, paved with a spacious garden shaded by Lime and Cherry trees next to it. A space immersed in the green hills, far from any form of physical, acoustic and light pollution. There are several paths available, suitable for trekking, searching for herbs and natural products, which can also be travelled by mountain bike; it is also possible to organise visits to farms with zero-mile products; in the valley there is also a mountain salami factory, where you can taste the famous "ciauscolo" from the Marche region.

Very nice hosts - thank you again, Gabriele, Ramona and Aurora, for the nice welcome and the eggs! 😊 Calm spot close to the mountains, many animals around (but very quite in the night) and because it rained we were even invited inside for cooking and dinner. Can only recommend it for everyone!!
