I've been living in our pretty gatekeeper's house in Hechthausen for 20 years. After my children moved out, my mother first moved in with me and recently my life partner as well. Our property is managed in a natural and sustainable manner. The animals on our farm (horses, sheep, dogs, chickens and mini pigs) live together peacefully. We are in the process of growing our vegetables in raised beds, but since my husband and I still work full-time, things are progressing rather slowly.
We offer guests the opportunity to relax with us, explore the forest and countryside around the Oste, sit around the campfire, or dive in the nearby Kreidesee. Children are always welcome.
