Terms of Use for the VanSite 25-Pass
1. Scope
These terms of use apply to the VanSite 25-Pass, which gives holders a 25% discount on the overnight price at all VanSite pitches for a period of 12 months.
2. Term and validity
25Pass as a subscription & giftable 25Pass
By purchasing a 25Pass, the user enters into an annual subscription ("25Pass subscription") with a term of twelve (12) months. Unless the 25Pass subscription is cancelled at least one (1) month before the end of the current term, it renews automatically for a further twelve (12) months at the conditions then applicable.
Cancellation can be made at any time directly through the user account under Account settings > Pass. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the relevant subscription period; periods already started will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Billing for the 25Pass subscription is handled exclusively through our payment service provider Stripe. By completing the subscription, the user grants a recurring payment authorisation ("Recurring Payment"). The subscription amount is charged automatically at the start of each new subscription period. Price changes will be announced in text form at least four (4) weeks in advance. If the user does not object to the price change and does not cancel the subscription before the start of the next period, the change is considered accepted. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
The 25Pass can also be purchased and gifted via the shop. For a gifted 25Pass, the term and the associated subscription begin only upon activation in the recipient's account. To activate it, a valid payment method must be stored. For the first term of twelve (12) months, the recipient incurs no costs, as these are fully covered by the gift purchaser.
After the first paid year expires, the 25Pass renews automatically for a further twelve (12) months, provided it was not cancelled at least one (1) month in advance. The payment method stored in the user's account will be charged via Stripe. Before activation, the user will be clearly informed that the 25Pass converts to a paid subscription after the first period ends.
The discount can be applied during this period to all bookings made through the VanSite platform.
3. Use and restrictions
- The 25% discount applies only to overnight prices (excl. service fee) and not to additional services.
- The VanSite 25-Pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased it.
- The discount cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- A cash payout of the discount or any remaining amounts is excluded.
- The Pass or code is sent exclusively in digital form by email.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation of the VanSite 25-Pass before the 12 months have elapsed is not possible.
- No refund will be issued, including for unused discount.
5. Changes to the terms
VanSite reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Changes will be communicated to Pass holders in good time.
6. Disclaimer of liability
VanSite accepts no liability for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of the VanSite 25Pass.
