Terms and Conditions - Trade Fair Competition 2024

1. Subject of the Terms and Conditions and Organizer

  • These terms and conditions govern participation in the VanSite newsletter competition and the transfer of rights. The description and process of the competition are set out on the website of VanSite UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

  • The competition is organized by VanSite UG (haftungsbeschränkt), am Südhang 8, 33739 Bielefeld, in cooperation with DÜMO REISEMOBILE GMBH UND CO. KG.

  • By participating in the competition, these terms and conditions are accepted.

  • The competition has no connection to social media and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by any such platform.

2. Participation

  • The competition is open to all persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany. Employees of VanSite UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and affiliated companies, as well as their family members, are excluded. Participation using false or third-party identities is not permitted.

  • Eligible participants can enter the competition by signing up for the VanSite newsletter via the lead form, which asks for first name, last name, and email address.

  • Participation is possible from 21.03.2024 to 05.04.2024.

3. Prizes and Prize Notification

  • The prizes are a VanSite AnnualPass worth 349 € (RRP) and a free 7-day motorhome rental at Dümo Reisemobile GmbH und Co. KG worth 850 €. (Rental category and period subject to availability. A security deposit is required for vehicle rental.)

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the end of the competition period and notified by email. Winners must provide their personal details for prize delivery.

  • If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within 14 days, the prize claim expires and a new winner will be determined.

  • The prize is not transferable; an exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

4. Liability and Indemnification

  • By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to indemnify the organizer from any liability.

5. Exclusion

  • A breach of these terms and conditions entitles the organizer to exclude the participant concerned from the competition.

6. Early Termination and Amendments

  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice if this becomes necessary for technical or legal reasons.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected, processed, and used solely for the purpose of running the competition and for newsletter marketing, provided explicit consent has been given. Data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for processing the competition or delivering the newsletter.

  • Participants have the right to access the personal data stored about them, to have it corrected, deleted, or its processing restricted, as well as the right to data portability. There is also the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Final Provisions

  • If any individual provisions of the terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions is not affected.

  • German law applies to the competition. Legal recourse for reviewing the draw is excluded.
