Terms and Conditions for the Trade Fair Prize Draw 2024

1. Subject of the terms and conditions and organiser

  • These terms and conditions govern the requirements for taking part in the VanSite newsletter prize draw as well as the transfer of rights. The description and procedure of the prize draw are presented on the website of VanSite UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

  • The organiser of the prize draw is VanSite UG (haftungsbeschränkt), am Südhang 8, 33739 Bielefeld.

  • By taking part in the prize draw, you accept these terms and conditions.

  • The prize draw is in no way connected to social media and is neither sponsored, supported nor organised by such platforms.

2. Participation

  • Eligible to take part in the prize draw are all persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany. Employees of VanSite UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and affiliated companies and their relatives are excluded. Participating with false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.

  • Eligible participants can take part in the prize draw by signing up for the VanSite newsletter via the lead form, which requests first name, last name and email address.

  • Participation is possible from 30.08.2024 to 08.09.2024.

3. Prizes and prize notification

  • Up for grabs are one of two VanSite AnnualPass worth €349 (RRP) or one of three VanSite 25Pass worth €25 (RRP).

  • The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received by the end of the prize draw period and notified by email. Winners must provide their personal details so that the prize can be sent to them.

  • If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within 14 days, the claim to the prize lapses and a new winner is drawn.

  • The prize is non-transferable; it cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.

4. Liability and indemnification

  • By taking part in the prize draw, the participant agrees to release the organiser from any liability.

5. Exclusion

  • A breach of these terms and conditions entitles the organiser to exclude the participant concerned from the prize draw.

6. Early termination and changes

  • The organiser reserves the right to discontinue or change the prize draw at any time without prior notice should this become necessary for technical or legal reasons.

7. Data protection

  • By signing up for the newsletter as part of the prize draw, participants consent to their personal data (first name, last name, email address) being used by VanSite UG (haftungsbeschränkt) to send the newsletter. This includes information about current offers, news on camping destinations and details of future prize draws. Consent to receiving the newsletter can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.

  • Personal data is collected, processed and used solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and for newsletter marketing, provided that explicit consent has been given. The data is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to carry out the prize draw or to deliver the newsletter.

  • Participants have the right to information about the data stored about them, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. There is also the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Final provisions

  • Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

  • German law applies to the prize draw. Recourse to the courts to review the draw is excluded.
