FAQs - VanSite Passes
VanSite offers three different passes for flexible camping: the AnnualPass, the AnnualPass Plus and the 25Pass. With the AnnualPass you can use over 80% of all pitches for 0 € overnight, while the AnnualPass Plus also covers all "PLUS pitches". The 25Pass gives you 25% off every overnight stay. There are also gift vouchers in various amounts, perfect as a gift for camping fans.
VanSite pitches offer you nature-close and personal camping options on private green spaces away from mass tourism. With a maximum of five pitches per host you enjoy peace and individuality. Many pitches also offer sanitary facilities, fresh water and electricity. The platform lets you filter specifically by amenities, surroundings and activities to find the ideal pitch, from a meadow in the countryside to a cabin by the lake.
Which pass is right for you depends on how you travel. The AnnualPass is ideal if you want to travel flexibly and cost-effectively all year and prefer 0 € overnight costs on over 80% of pitches. The AnnualPass Plus also gives you access to all pitches, including "PLUS" pitches, also with no overnight costs. The 25Pass suits you if you prefer spontaneous short trips and want 25% off all overnight stays.
The AnnualPass costs a one-time fee of 249 € for 12 months. The AnnualPass Plus costs 349 €/year and is for campers who want to stay free on all pitches. The 25Pass offers 25% savings on all overnight stays for just 25 € per year. A pass is worth it if you travel often, since you can save considerably after just a few nights and enjoy the freedom to camp without needing to plan too much in advance.
VanSite passes are linked directly to your personal account and vehicle. You can then handle bookings conveniently through the VanSite website or the app. Your pass is always available digitally, and you can book spontaneously and paperlessly while on the road.
Yes, the AnnualPasses are linked to you and your registered vehicle. However, you can always bring one additional person and at dog-friendly pitches also your four-legged friend. If you want to travel with more people, you can add the "Family & Friends Package" and use the pass for up to four additional people.
Every VanSite Pass is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase and expires automatically without renewing any subscription.
The number of bookings is not limited when using the AnnualPasses. However, to ensure that all our AnnualPass holders enjoy fair access to our pitches, we have set up certain guidelines. These are designed to prevent misuse of the system and give everyone the chance to get the most out of their camping experiences:
Future bookings:
You can make up to 4 future bookings at the same time. This rule helps us maintain broad availability of pitches for everyone.
No-shows:
We understand that plans can change. That's why we allow up to 3 no-shows per year. We do ask that you cancel bookings in advance if you can't make it to the spot you booked.
Maximum stay duration (per booking)
To prevent individual listings from being booked out far in advance by a single user, the maximum number of nights per booking is limited to three.
Water and electricity usage:
Water and electricity must be paid for separately and are not included in any of our passes.
Use of sanitary facilities
The use of sanitary facilities such as toilets or showers must be paid for separately and is not included in any of our passes.
Bookings with the same host:
To ensure a fair distribution, we limit the number of bookings with the same host to a maximum of 7 per year.

1. Create your VanSite account
New to VanSite? No problem! Register quickly and easily at vansite.eu/signup and confirm your email address. You're then part of our camping community.

2. Open your account settings
One click in the top right corner of your screen (on your name initials, if you don't have a profile picture yet) and you're in your settings, when using a web browser on a PC.
3. Add your JahresPass
In the account settings you'll find the "JahresPass" section. Click or tap on it to continue.

4. Enter your code and get started
Enter your JahresPass code. If you purchased the JahresPass digitally, you'll find the code in your order confirmation that we sent you by email.
If you purchased the JahresPass as a physical card from one of our partners, you'll find the code on the back of your card.
Don't forget to add the licence plate of your camper or vehicle and confirm with "Link JahresPass".
