About the site
A sunny spot by the old pear tree. The sunrise will wake you up, the view of nature will bring you joy. The spot is on the edge of the forest, the road runs past. Water, toilet and shower can be used on the farm (approx. 250 m away). The Vulkanland region offers many wonderful options (food, drink, excursions, thermal baths, culture, hiking, etc.). There are lots of chickens and a small shop at the Ursteirerhof.

Site rules
Cleanliness and order are important to us. Our farm is closed on Sundays. Garbage must be taken with you. On request, you can use the shower/toilet and water in the farmhouse 250 m away.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
