About the site
The pitch is located on a meadow near the forest, next to our house. It has its own driveway, solid ground, and water and electricity are available. From here, you can hike through the Teutoburg Forest. The beautiful town of Detmold, the Hermann Monument, the Berlebeck Eagle Observatory, the Heiligenkirchen Bird Park, the Augustdorf Dune Field, the Detmold Open-Air Museum, and a nearby forest swimming pool are just a few of the highlights in our area.

The campsite is as beautiful as the photo, and quiet. We even see a deer passing by occasionally. We had lovely conversations with the host family and felt very comfortable. See you again soon...

Welcome to Little Denmark. We only stayed for one night, but the site was clean and quiet. The adjacent small forest and meadow are perfect for a quick walk with the dog. It's an ideal starting point for exploring Detmold. 🧭
