About the site
A pitch all to yourself! The site is tucked away and not visible from the surrounding streets – but with easy access – in a very quiet location in the old town center of Waiblingen-Beinstein, near our 400-year-old barn. A supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and drugstore are just 300 meters away. Beinstein is a village in the beautiful Remstal valley. From here, you can take excursions to the vineyards, visit wine shops and wine taverns, cycle along the Remstal cycle path, canoe on the Rems River, or even travel to nearby Stuttgart. A bus stop is 300 meters away and takes you to Waiblingen train station – the bus runs every 30 minutes, and every 15 minutes in the morning and evening. Beinstein also has its own S-Bahn station 800 meters away. The S2 takes you to Stuttgart city center, the Neckarstadion, and the Mercedes-Benz Museum in 20 minutes. The Waiblingen outdoor swimming pool is 1 km away. We are dog friendly! You can get fresh water for free from the village fountain around the corner—drinking water quality. Or in our garden. Additional services are only available when we are at home. Please register in advance. Electricity 5 € for 2 people/night Simple toilet 2 € for 2 people/night . Toilet is not directly in the neighboring house but is accessible at any time - 200 m away. Cable reel with electricity is available directly at the pitch IMPORTANT: Please let me know how big your vehicle is. I can open a second entrance so you can drive in and out without having to turn around. Alternatively, we offer pitches on our orchard along the Remstal cycle path - if unoccupied, you are welcome to stay there overnight.

Der Platz war urig, das Nichtbeschriebene war eine Überraschung, gleichzeitig für uns kein Problem. Der Gastgeber war superfreundlich! Vielen Dank!
Da wir 2x direkt nachfolgend gebucht haben, nutzen wir die Möglichkeit nochmals eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Wie bereits kundgetan, hat es uns in der Obstlantage (waren nicht in der alten Mühle, siehe 1.Bewertung), sehr gut gefallen. Es war traumhaft, konnten super entspannen. Wir durften für 6 Nächte auf der Obstwiese direkt am Radweg und der Rems übernachten. Eigentlich hatten wir die "alte Scheune" gebucht, doch Jörg hat uns die "Obstwiese", einer seiner 3 in VanSite aufgeführten Stellplätze angeboten. Genau nach unserem Geschmack. Einfach perfekt für uns. Jörg ist ein sehr netter, unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Wir konnten in seinem Garten Trinkwasser tanken, mehr brauchten wir nicht, da wir mit Photovoltaik und Trenntoilette autark unterwegs sind. Die Kommunikation mit Jörg per whatsapp war ausgezeichnet. So hat er uns auch noch ein paar Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge. Wir waren in Waiblingen, ein wunderschöner Ort mit viel Riegelhäuser. Stuttgart (Wilhelma) haben wir mit dem Fahrrad angesteuert, ca. 1 Stunde, weg von den Hauptstrassenauarkt erreichbar. Auch das Freibad in Buhlbronn ist empfehlenswert. Wenn wir wieder in der gegend sind, werden wir sicherlich wieder diesen Stellplatz buchen. Herzlichen Dank für alles Jörg und gute Zeit und Gesundheit Zeit: Janet & Werner aus der Schweiz
3 Sterne: Der Stellplatz ist aufgrund der Lage (im Wohngebiet) ganz „ok“. Die Wiese ist schön und auch die Scheune, dennoch fühlt man sich ein Wenig „beobachtet“, weil der Stellplatz von mehrere Wohnungen umgebend ist und die Nachbaren verständlicher Weise ihre Zeit auf den Balkon verbringen. „Check in/out“ war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafür.
Leider ist nur ein Bild in Anzeige und sieht wie freie Natur neben alte Scheune was nicht wirklich stimmt! Scheune ist da, Wiese auch aber auch Wohnhäuser auch auf drei Seiten, leider nicht Camping sondern Übernachtung zwischen 3 mehrstöckigen Häusern. Toilette ist auch einmal um das Block also viel Spaß in der Nacht falls sie müssen.

Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
