About the site
The parking space is at the end of our paved driveway with a view of the garden. In addition to the parking space, you also get your own large terrace, which is equipped with a large table, 2 chairs, a beach chair (not a new model) and solar lights. Please also note that our house is not far away, because you park at the end of the driveway. You will still be surrounded by lots of greenery on, on and next to the parking space with a wonderful display of flowers. Please don't expect super luxury, but rather a cozy, quiet and wonderful little green oasis in the middle of St.Peter-Ording. The surface of the parking space is paving stones and stone slabs on the terrace; somewhat uneven in places. One or two people "level" their vehicles. !!!!!!! Electricity and water can be booked at any time !!!!!!! Power connection - shore power house connection (10A - up to 2000Watt) Electricity flat rate per day 5€ (3kWh), above that 0.80 €/kWh. Fresh water - The price of €4.00 includes a filling of 80 liters of fresh water. Meter available. --- Open the motorhome door and go out onto the terrace with solar light in the evening and at night. Your own little oasis in the center of SPO, but very quiet and cozy and sunny well into the evening. The terrace is hardly visible. St.Peter-Ording means beach vacation and therefore the beach is not far away. The pitch is in Ording and so you are only a 15-minute walk from Ording beach and can enjoy the wonderful sunsets. A 10-minute walk and you can explore the city center 'Das Bad', go out to eat, shop or stroll over the bathing bridge, which also takes you to the beach. The 'village' district with the market on Wednesdays can be reached in no time by bike; on foot it takes about 25-30 minutes. There are also great restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities in the village. You can also get to the beach from the village. In 'Böhl' you can drive to the beach and then have a delicious meal in the Salt&Silver restaurant on the stilt house, or enjoy a day at the beach. You can drive to the Böhl, Dorf or Ording beach areas by car. So you see... Super central, surrounded by greenery and nature and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Wonderful! ☺️ What you will probably hear most are the many birds that will tell you stories. With a bit of luck, you might spot deer in the morning, which like to nibble on our Thuja hedge, or a pheasant, which likes to do its rounds here. Shopping/Eating out: There are supermarkets and bakeries in the spa, village, Ording and in the commercial area. There are also a number of restaurants, cafes and some hotels have very nice bars. Some even have live music. I would be happy to give you recommendations. Bus / Train: The bus stops and the train station are only a 3-minute walk from the parking space. From there you can go in all directions. (The bus rides are free with the spa card.) Guest card / tourist tax: All prices mentioned here are exclusive of the St. Peter-Ording municipality's tourist tax. With the tourist card you can travel on the local bus for free, use all beach areas and receive further discounts in various shops. The daily prices for the guest card can be found on the St. Peter-Ording website. Excursions and Co.: If you would like to take a boat to Heligoland or to the seal sandbanks, you can book a day trip. Otherwise, there is a lot to discover in and around St.Peter-Ording. Museums, lighthouses, and much more. Speaking of bicycles: you can rent bicycles everywhere in town. Sporty? Our beach is known for being a great place for water sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, windsurfing, buggy driving, beach sailing, surfing, SUP (stand up paddle board); everything is possible. You can book equipment or courses from various providers. Other activities: - Yoga courses; please check online in advance, there are several providers. On the beach in summer. - Tennis court (clay court) - climbing park - Rides on the beach and/or riding lessons - and much more For dog lovers: The parking space is free for your four-legged friends. There are several large areas for dogs to run around on the beach. There are small woods around the campsite and also a dog sports area (fenced area) that is open to everyone. Letting off steam is guaranteed! Long walks are therefore also varied. A dog shop with everything a dog's heart desires can be found in the 'Bad' (Hund Eden). Site rules
1.) Arrival and departure times: Arrival from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the latest Departure until 12:00pm applies to all weekdays. Departure must be by 12:00 noon on the day of departure at the latest. If the departure time is exceeded by more than 30 minutes, an additional night's stay will be charged. Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the landlord. If the tenant does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival without notifying the landlord, the contract is deemed to be terminated. The landlord can then freely dispose of the property. There will be no refund of the rent. A (pro rata) refund of the rent due to early departure will generally not be made. 2) Rest periods!! Please pay attention! Quiet time from 9:30 p.m. - Absolute quiet from 10pm to 8am Lunch break 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. We thank you for your consideration. 3.) The tenant undertakes to treat the rented items (parking space, water and electricity connection and outdoor facilities) with care. If damage to the inventory occurs during the rental period, the tenant is obliged to report this to the landlord immediately. Any defects or damage discovered upon arrival must be reported to the landlord immediately, otherwise the tenant will be liable for these damages. The landlord must be given a reasonable period of time to remedy damage and defects. Claims arising from complaints that are not reported immediately on site are excluded. Complaints that are only received by the landlord at the end of the stay or after leaving the property are also excluded from compensation. In the event of any disruption to performance, the tenant is obliged to do everything reasonable within the scope of his legal obligation to help remedy the disruption and to minimize any damage that may arise. 4.) A secured gas grill may be set up on the terrace. The tenant must ensure that sparks do not reach plants or surrounding objects. Smoke development must also be limited. Open fires are prohibited. 5.) Garbage must be disposed of properly and separated. Garbage cans are located on the property. Glass bottles can be disposed of at Ording train station. Glass containers are available. On the day of departure, the tenant must remove personal items. The property must be left free of garbage. 6.) The rest of the property and therefore the private areas are not to be entered. Dogs - not on the lawn or in the private area!! 7.) Subletting of the property by the tenant or overnight stays by non-tenant persons in the motorhome/bus/car and/or on the property without the knowledge of the landlord is generally not permitted! Disturbances of the peace, antisocial and disrespectful behavior and violations will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement by the landlord and the property must be vacated immediately. Partial or full refunds of the rent are not possible. The landlord reserves the right to retain the entire amount, which is used as compensation for damages. 8.) Power connection Shore power house connection (10A - up to 2000Watt) Electricity flat rate per day 4€ (3kWh) in addition, 0.80 €/kWh. E-bikes (special booking; extra connection) Service can be booked on site. 9.) Fresh water: Only possible in conjunction with the landlord and only after prior agreement. The price as stated includes a filling of 80 liters of fresh water. Meter available. Service can be booked on site. 10.) No children under 12 years. Parents are fully responsible for their children. 11.) Rental price: The basic price, as stated, refers to 1 vehicle and 1 person. Each additional person is charged separately. This must be taken into account when booking. If the lessor finds that there are more people on board than noted in the booking, the renter is obliged to pay all additional costs immediately (max. 4 people are allowed). The outstanding amount must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. 12.) Dogs are welcome and will not be charged extra. Please do not let them run around freely on the property. The garden is not to be entered; please do your business outside the property. Violation will result in termination of the contract! 13.) Grey water / toilet disposal: Only 1.2km away. (In the industrial area) 14.) Showers and/or toilets are not permitted outside the camper. These must be available (inside) the car, van or motorhome. —————————————- Laundry service: Please enquire on site. Costs vary depending on quantity and effort.

Von Anfang an ein netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Der Stellplatz liegt am Ende der Einfahrt und die Nacht war ausgesprochen ruhig. Das Wasser lag schon bereit und wir haben noch viele Tipps bekommen wo etwas los ist und man noch einkaufen kann. Vielen Dank für diesen Stellplatz. Christine und Thorsten

WOW! Was soll man sagen, zentraler in SPO und dennoch total ruhig kann man wohl nicht campen! Der Stellplatz bei Annie ist super gemütlich. Sie hat eine kleine Oase in ihrem Innenhof geschaffen. Wir hatten sehr angenehme und vor allem ruhige 3 Nächte bei ihr in SPO. Annie ist eine klasse Gastgeberin. Super Kommunikation, total hilfsbereit und vor allem an dem Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert! Vom Stellplatz läuft man maximal 10 Minuten bis zur lebhaften Promenade im Stadtteil „Bad“ mit allen Restaurants, Eisdielen etc. und dem Zugang zum traumhaften & unendlich erscheinenden Sandstrand. Auch gibt es klasse Radwege um die gesamte Halbinsel zu erkunden. Wir waren total begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei, wenn wir das nächste Mal an der Nordsee sind. Lieben Dank nochmal für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare, ruhige Auszeit mitten in SPO. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Strand, Meer und Promenade ist fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Annie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und reagiert schnell auf Fragen. Es ist alles, was man braucht. Gerne wieder 🥰

Kleiner sehr privater Stellplatz in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum von St. Peter-Ording und Strand. Nette Vermieterin. Alles notwendige vorhanden.
