Immersed in the peaceful Brenne Natural Park, the Ferme du Caroire offers a motorhome area. We invite you to a unique country retreat, in the heart of a tree-filled family farm where calm reigns supreme. As soon as you arrive, we will guide you to your pitch, stabilized and shaded, and surrounded by the life of the farm animals, promising an authentic and intimate camping experience. On site you will find a farm shop composed of our production (goat cheese, cooked dishes, charcuterie ...) but also wine, beers, jams .... In the summer period we have a catering section (breakfast, aperitif and dinner) composed of our products (remember to book in advance). Available every day from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., we ask you to arrive before 7 p.m. For late arrivals, a quick phone call prior to your reservation will be enough to prepare us to welcome you. Adventure awaits you to explore the natural wonders of the region with: - hiking trails around the farm or a little far into the forest like the "Ballade en famille" (https://it.wikiloc.com/percorsi-cammino/ballade-en-famille-75718137) - cycling routes around the farm or a little far near the ponds like "Azay-le-Ferron La Chevraie le Berry et ses 1000 étangs" (https://it.wikiloc.com/percorsi-ciclismo/azay-le-ferronla-chevraiele-berry-et-ses-1000-etangs-40785126). You can leave your vehicle on the farm and go for a day's ride. Not far from there, the Château d'Azay-le-Ferron, built between the 15th and 18th centuries, welcomes you for a journey through time. Discover its French gardens, its botanical trails and an English park designed by the Bühler brothers. Continue your exploration with the zoological park of the Haute Touche, a nature reserve, where more than 1500 animals from 5 different continents live side by side in a wooded forest area of 436 hectares.
