The property/pitch in Werder (Havel) offers a peaceful, natural setting for those seeking relaxation and is ideal for longer stays. The spacious, fenced pitch provides room for two motorhomes or caravans. Electricity and water hookups are available to ensure a comfortable stay. Hiking and cycling trails are in the immediate vicinity, as is the picturesque Havel River, perfect for boating or fishing trips. Romantic streets, where even the cobblestones are protected historical monuments, and plenty of water – that's what awaits you in Werder, one of Germany's largest fruit-growing regions, thanks to its mild climate. Just a 10-minute drive or train ride from the center of Potsdam and its wealth of tourist attractions, the town of Werder offers a charming landscape surrounded by numerous waterways. A well-developed network of hiking and cycling trails provides opportunities for active recreation and delights visitors and residents alike in every season. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and bus and train connections are all within easy reach. In addition, there are two barbecue and lounge terraces at the rear of the property that can be used by all guests. Direct access to the water is just across the road, only 200 meters away, for small inflatable boats, SUPs, or kayaks. Opposite is a tennis court which can be used for a fee. There is a covered parking area for bicycles in the courtyard. Sanssouci Park, with its palaces, impresses thousands of visitors every year. Babelsberg Palace, the City Palace, and the Barbarini Museum are further highlights to explore. The city of Potsdam, with its Dutch Quarter, baroque city center, and numerous restaurants and cafes, invites you to linger and shop. Potsdam is a unique work of art and always worth a visit. There is excellent transport link to Berlin from Werder train station, which is only 300 meters away. The regional express train takes you to Potsdam in about 10 minutes and to Berlin in 25 minutes, reaching both the Zoo station and Kurfürstendamm. This vibrant capital city is always worth a visit. Free parking is available on the property for one vehicle per apartment. Renting bicycles is possible. A tennis court opposite the property can be used for a fee! The sanitary facilities are in the immediate vicinity, 20 meters from the pitch. There is ample open space to enjoy the surroundings or to socialize with other guests. Ideal for families, couples, and singles who want to escape everyday life and appreciate being close to nature. You can easily reach us via the Berlin Ring motorway using the Glindow, Phoeben or Groß Kreuz exits.

Minimum stay three nights. Parking space per night €30 Electricity and water are separate. Use of the terrace shown A barbecue grill is available. Rental of bicycles, e-bikes, SUPs and an inflatable boat is possible on site. Important requirements for caravans: maneuvering is only possible with a mover! Washing and toilet facilities will only be available from mid- to late June! After that, the price increases by ten euros per night. As this is a quiet area, holding loud parties is not desired in relation to other guests and neighbors.
Location
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
