The pitch is ideal for campers, vanlife enthusiasts or nature lovers who consciously forgo comfort and want to enjoy the peace and quiet. Here's what you can expect: * Parking space directly by the pond * Use of a small pond house * Two simple sleeping spaces in the pond house. Bed linen available on request. * Absolute peace and pure nature * Perfect for relaxing, fishing, hiking or cycling Important to know: * No power connection * No water connection * No sanitary facilities * But you'll find real nature, birdsong, and beautiful sunsets. Site rules
Dogs are welcome, but we ask that you clean up after them. Our meadows serve as feed for our cows, and they can become seriously ill from dog feces in their feed. You are welcome to use the small rowboat on the pond at your own risk.

Sleeping accommodations in the pond house
We offer two simple sleeping places in our small pond house. Two mattresses with bed frames are provided. Our children loved sleeping here. Please let us know if you need an extra sleeping bag or bedding.
Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
