About the site
Meadow in front of the historic villa. Welcome to the filming location of many television productions. Please be sure to read the rules completely, as they contain further booking conditions. You must confirm your understanding of the rules in writing during the booking process (e.g., "I accept the rules of the campsite, which I have read and understood"). Thank you. (We also speak English, Dutch and Spanish) Ideal for day trips to Cologne or an overnight stopover if you are looking for a quick parking option with easy access to the motorway. From here you can wonderfully explore the city of Cologne with all its sights. For example, the Cologne Cathedral, a World Heritage Site, fascinating stories from Roman times to the present day, or the old town with its alleyways and breweries. For football fans: The very nice clubhouse of 1. FC Köln with catering, fan shop and training grounds is only about 1km away in the nearby park. The Cologne city limits are only about 500m away and the Cologne-Klettenberg motorway junction is about 1km away. You can quickly reach the heart of Cologne by bus (stop 100m away) or tram (stop 500m away). Even by bicycle it's only 5 minutes to the city center, although I personally wouldn't recommend this if you're not used to city traffic. Electricity is provided at €0.50/kWh. The price is always rounded up to the nearest euro. Water at €1 per 100 liters (partially used). If you need to quickly restock your supplies, you'll find plenty of shopping options within a 500-meter radius (Aldi, Lidl, Penny, REWE, Turkish supermarket, bakeries, and much more). And if you don't have the time or inclination to cook, there are also several restaurants nearby, offering everything from Asian and local cuisine to fast food. The parking space is located directly behind the tall hedge of the property, between the villa and the road. In the evenings the road is not very busy and quite quiet, but during the day it can get quite noisy and busy. Therefore, it's suitable as a stopover for resting after a long drive or for weekend day trips to Cologne. For those seeking a quieter and more scenic setting, we recommend the parking area "Meadow AN der Villa" (meadow by the villa), if available. We look forward to your visit, Katrin and Marcus

Parking space rules: Electricity is provided at €0.50/kWh (partially used). The next full euro is always charged. - Water at €1 per 100 liters (partially used). - No vehicles without an internal, permanently installed toilet (a simple camping toilet is not sufficient) and washing facilities. - Please no loud music etc. in the parking space. - Not a party location for stag parties etc. - From 10 pm onwards, normal quiet hours must be observed; please behave in a way that does not disturb the neighbors. - No delivery service orders to our address. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash and not allowed to roam freely on the premises. However, there are plenty of parks nearby where your four-legged friend can run and play to their heart's content. Dog waste must be removed immediately. - If filming is taking place on the premises at the same time (during the day), this must be taken into consideration. Same-day bookings are not possible. Booking requests must be made by 12 noon the day before. Bookings are accepted a maximum of 6 months in advance. - Only bookings that include the vehicle registration number, vehicle category and a telephone number will be accepted. - No more than 3 consecutive nights can be booked directly. More nights only by prior arrangement. - Maximum 4 people. Arrival from 2 pm to 6 pm (but we are usually flexible, please call if necessary). Departure by 11 am. - No arrivals on Sundays and public holidays.

Marcus ist super freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich war nur für eine Nacht dort und es war sehr praktisch, dass der Stellplatz vor dem Haus und frei zugänglich war. So machte es nichts, dass ich erst später am Abend parkte. Der Platz ist direkt an einer schmalen Straße, aber mit Sichtschutz. Für alle, die wie ich einen leichten Schlaf haben, empfehle ich Oropax. Ich habe damit sehr gut genächtigt und komme gern wieder.
Schön gelegene Unterkunft mit netten Gastgebern. Gute Tipps und Infos erhalten.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
