About the site
The parking space is on a small, fenced meadow right by the water. The forest begins here, yet the city is very close. Buses and the S-Bahn (suburban train) are within walking distance, as are the Köpenick and Friedrichshagen districts with their cafes and shops. The forest and river start right outside your door. Hiking, water sports, cycling, or immersing yourself in the vibrant city life – all this is possible here. Drive in carefully. The road becomes a sandy track with deep potholes towards the end. From the sandy track, take the first sharp left, then the second right, and continue to the sliding gate. There is a composting toilet, as well as water and electricity (electricity is available for an extra charge). Please note that motorhomes over 7.5m in length may be problematic. While vehicles up to 9m are possible, you would then need to book two pitches, as only one vehicle will fit.

Please behave carefully and quietly and respect the neighbours. Please leave the place clean and tidy as you found it. The same goes for the toilets. The evening barbecue or being outside should be relaxed for everyone, so this is not a party location.

Hallo Werner, Danke, dass wir bei stehen durften. Wir mögen naturnahe Stellplätze und insofern kommen wir gern wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Der Abendspaziergang zum Müggelsee und ein Glas Wein beim Flottenhafen waren ein echtes Highlight 👍 VG Udo & Silvia
Alle Daumen nach oben.👍 ein super Platz um Berlin zu erkunden. Bus und Bahn nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Platz ist traumhaft. Und auch für Wohnmobile mit 7,50 m geeignet. Wir hatten Strom , Wasser und eine Toilette. Und hätten auf Wunsch die Aussensauna benutzen dürfen. 👍 Werner und seine Familie sind sehr sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder. Versprochen.🤗 LG Alexa und Steve
Top! Bin Wiederholungstäter….
Vorab: Ich finde es perfekt! Man steht auf Werners Grundstück auf einer Lichtung umgeben von Wald direkt am Wasser. Das Gelände ist gerade, grün und urig. Man hat viel Platz. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig. Der einzige “Störenfried” war eine Nachtigall. Wasser, Strom und Toilette sind auch hier, aber hab ich nicht benutzt. Die City und das schöne Köpenick sind von hier aus per Fahrrad und den „Öffis“ perfekt zu erreichen. Ich hab gleich mal drei Nächte verlängert….TOP!!!!
Ein super Stellplatz um Köpenick bzw. Berlin zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Öfis, Restaurants, alles gut, auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wunderschöne Lage am Wasser. Werner und seine Familie sind gaaanz liebe Gastgeber. Nur zu empfehlen!!! LG Nelli
