Welcome to our cozy farm! If you're looking for a quiet, natural spot for your motorhome or van, you've come to the right place. Our pitches combine the feeling of being surrounded by nature with the advantages of a paved surface. Here's what you can expect: No cranking, no stress: The parking space is part of our courtyard and completely level. So you don't have to painstakingly level your vehicle. Nature right on your doorstep: The place is beautifully situated in the countryside – ideal for relaxing and breathing deeply. 🚛 Important information regarding directions (For advanced riders & daredevils): The access road to our farm is a bit tricky. The longer your vehicle, the more driving skill is required. Our pro tip: We recommend driving straight up the driveway in reverse. Don't worry, it's doable – even our delivery driver manages it regularly with the truck! So, if you fancy a little charming maneuver, you'll be rewarded with perfect peace and quiet at the top. Equipment & Service: Electricity & Water: On request and for a small fee, we will gladly supply you with fresh water and electricity. Waste disposal: Disposal of grey water or chemical toilets is not possible directly on our site. However, there is a public waste disposal area just a 5-minute drive away where you can easily dispose of these items. Pack up your van and enjoy a relaxing break with us. 📋 Our camp rules – For a pleasant experience together To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and can enjoy nature, we ask you to observe the following rules: Fire & Barbecue: Open fires and barbecues are only permitted at our designated fire pit. Please never leave the fire unattended and extinguish it completely before leaving. Open fires are not permitted near the tents themselves. Quiet hours: To preserve the peaceful atmosphere for everyone, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please adjust the volume (including music) during this time. Litter & Cleanliness: Please keep your campsite clean. Use the provided bins and separate your waste. Leave the site as you would like to find it. Sanitary facilities: The toilets (and showers) are shared. Please leave them clean and tidy for the next guests. Smoking: Please do not throw cigarette butts into nature. Use the ashtrays provided outdoors. Tent area & furniture: Tables and chairs are available for everyone. Please treat them with care so that the next campers can also enjoy them. Departure: Please leave your campsite cleared and clean by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
