About the site
Our family lives and works together with a handful of valued tenants and a few animals that bring the farm to life. The farm has a large workshop, the Bauwagenschmiede, where we build, restore and mainly design comfortable living in the smallest of spaces. There is also Anke's ceramics workshop, you can arrange yoga lessons with Samira, or admire colorful women's collections at Morgana's manual fashion workshop. The farm's own event room makes it possible to buy chilled drinks. This location between the "Bavarian Sea" - the Chiemsee, which is about 15 km away, and Wasserburg, the nearby old town, offers a wide range of activities. Site rules
Make yourself at home and treat the farm like your home! Independence is very important to us, leave the place as you found it. We are a peace-loving community, we expect friendliness, common sense and respect for the landlords, the animals and nature. Dogs are welcome, but on a leash, as ducks and chickens run around freely and other dogs live on the farm. Nighttime quiet from 10 p.m. must be observed. Important: Chemical toilets cannot be emptied here. Please take your rubbish with you. Make yourself at home, the pitches are marked with numbers and the sanitary facilities are easy to find. The use of water, toilets, showers with dishwashing facilities is charged extra. Unfortunately we cannot show everyone around our farm as we are busy ourselves, please understand this.

Alles wunderbar und selbsterklärend. Für unsere Durchreise war die Wiese absolut perfekt. Danke! Und eine kleine Herzensempfehlung in der Nähe: die bayrische vegane Wurstmanufaktur ist nur ein paar Hausnummern entfernt und der absolute Hammer!

Der Platz gehört zu unseren absoluten Lieblingsplätzen,alles da wunderschön und nur liebe Menschen.Da geht nix drüber.wir kommen wieder Hillu und Wolle
Was für ein wunderschöner Ort! Wir wurden herzlich von Julian und Maria empfangen und direkt am ersten Abend zu einem Konzert eingeladen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben 2x verlängert. Das Wetter war herrlich und wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen. Danke, dass ihr euer kleines Paradies mit uns geteilt habt. 🤗

Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
