Although it was a nice place, we were very surprised when we got a visit from the hunting tenant in the morning. He explained to us that this place is a landscape protection area and that camping is not allowed at all, no matter how self-sufficient you are on the road. Designated access to the site was via a forest and agricultural trail with a sign. We specifically went through VanSite to avoid exactly this problem.

Really nice and big meadow above the Ammersee. Relaxing view. Absolutely calm. Max kindly explained the way to us. Mosquitoes may be a problem due to the forest.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you - wonderful place, water available if required, Ammersee within 1/2 hour by bike - lots of hiking opportunities.

A very quiet location, just 400m from the house, is no understatement. Forest in the back, meadow in the front with a beautiful view. Just under 50m from the fresh water tap. The way to the campsite is very steep depending on the approach. Here you might have to maneuver a bit with the caravan and a larger motorhome over Bulli size. Friendly hosts. Thank you very much

Beautiful, quiet parking space in the middle of the countryside. A little hard to find. Host immediately gave directions over the phone.
