About the site
The parking space is behind our house on our meadow, surrounded by fields and trees. The space is not paved, you stand on sandy ground. There is a simple guest toilet with washing facilities (cold water). If you have a dog with you, it can run free in the fenced area - please only after consultation with us. As we keep bees, you can buy honey, mead, honey candies, propolis, etc. Our chickens provide fresh eggs. In the nearby area you can explore a 14 km long sculpture path, there is a milk filling station, a "mom and pop shop" 2 km away. The Bücker Cathedral is worth seeing, as is the Schweringen Weser ferry and the adjacent lake. 10 km away in Hoya there are restaurants, a swimming pool, cinema, ice cream parlors and shops. 10 km away in Bruchhausen-Vilsen, the museum railway invites you to take a trip to the Holy Mountain, where you can take a lovely walk in the beech forest and relax at the water mill with coffee and cake. There is a gliding and rowing club in Hoya.

If you like to sit comfortably by the fire in the evening, listen to the cuckoo call and drink the most delicious mead, if you love lying in a meadow full of flowers with everything buzzing and humming around you, if you want to enjoy your breakfast in the morning amidst the rooster and the clucking of chickens... then this is the right place!
