About the site
On our farm, you can camp comfortably on the edge of the meadow or forest between a barrel sauna and a fire pit. Foxes, badgers, and hares will say goodnight to each other, you can dream of the clear starry sky by the campfire, and the sun will kiss you awake in the morning. You can reach our farm via a small alley. Electricity and a garden hose are available at the pitch, and a cold-water outdoor shower is available for your use. Please ask if you can dispose of your grey and black water with us. Traditional drainage isn't possible here, but we're resourceful. There's also a composting toilet on site, which is available to everyone.

We booked the site spontaneously and were not disappointed. A beautiful and quiet spot under old trees. Nicely laid out, and we had a free choice of pitches. We slept very well and were able to enjoy the sun through the trees the next morning. Ulrike was very friendly and gave us a quick phone call to tell us about the site. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much!

If you want to sleep in the forest, this spot is perfect. Ulrike and her children gave us a very warm welcome—what more could you want? We easily got to the spot with our large, old motorhome. We spontaneously stayed a second night. It was a great decision, because we saw a fox up close at lunchtime and were able to use the fire pit afterward. 😊

Ulrike and René gave us a very warm welcome. A wonderful little paradise in a small forest with plenty of space for our 9m motorhome. Since the previous night's violent thunderstorm was still in the back of our minds and the weather forecast was uncertain, we were allowed to set up camp right next to the house. The next day, we headed down into the forest. It was incredibly beautiful. Standing in meadows is certainly something, but ending the day in a light forest... by a campfire... until the eagle owl sings its goodnight song from high above... that's something completely different. The supply and disposal went smoothly. We always felt cared for, yet still had our peace and quiet. Exactly what we wanted. Although the path was a bit muddy in one spot, we managed to get away with the camper without any problems. If not, a 4x4 would have been available... or the neighbor's tractor ;-) The ground is nice and firm, even after rain. We would have liked to stay longer, but it was just a stopover on the way to the Baltic Sea. But one thing is certain: We'll be back and look forward to seeing Ulrike and René again. Then we'll also enjoy the fantastic barrel sauna in the forest. Thank you for letting us be with you. Thank you Vansite.

From the telephone contact, to the instructions to the site, to the opportunity to use the sauna and the outdoor shower – everything was perfect for us! That's exactly how we like it.
