This is not a lively campsite, but a space for retreat, slowness, and mindful presence. Such a warm welcome! The campsite is small, but our fire engine, at just under 7 meters long, fit perfectly. There are comfortable seating areas all around and – especially useful for those traveling in winter – a really hot shower. That alone makes the stop worthwhile. The beach is about 300 meters down the quiet cul-de-sac. Since it was particularly unpleasantly damp and cold during our stay, Jim lit the fire bowl especially for me. As a farewell gift, there was a delicious surprise for breakfast and a present made by Mandy herself. Jim and Mandy are such lovely people, you absolutely must meet them.

Jim is a truly friendly and attentive host, and the pitch is as described. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The beach is just 300 meters away. We'd love to come back.

Very nice spot and pleasant host. We are glad that we could spend a night here. The beach is very close so that we could spend with our dog quality time in the water and walking at the beach. Can absolutely recommend this site.
