About the site

Our farm of life is a beautiful meeting place located directly on a biosphere reserve. It consists of a 3-string courtyard and a 5000m2 meadow area with a natural pond , where you can experience the most beautiful sunset on the horizon and at night you can enjoy the bright starry sky and the Milky Way in absolute peace. The morning is accompanied by grandiose bird concerts and the area invites you to discover many beautiful spots of untouched nature. There is even a sauna in the main building that you can book extra , as well as fireplaces to linger. We are in the process of expanding the farm and making it a place of encounter , creativity and culture. Already my second, but definitely not my last visit under the old oak tree! Such a wonderful place - perfect for slowing down and just being, but also ideal for beautiful bike tours. - Booking and contact with the host worked quickly and excellently.

This time I didn't stand under the oak tree, but by the pond and, in addition to a wonderful evening atmosphere, experienced spectacular polyphonic frog concerts, the visit of a stork (after that one or the other voice in the frog choir was missing) - and of course the compost toilet with what is probably the most beautiful view in Germany. I could have used electricity and shower, I used the great sink in the courtyard. Just perfect. Many thanks to Micha & Co. for this beautiful place and the hospitality! I'm already looking forward to the next visit with you.

A nice shady spot under the old oak tree and a spectacular starry sky at night with a very nice host and a great farm community. The area is very quiet and you can take long walks through beautiful mixed forests.

Great spot in a beautiful area. Friendly host! Peace and quiet is what you get here. And shade under the old oak tree with 30+ Celsius temperatures. The compost toilet is a welcome bonus when you have a small camper van. Area is suitable for walking and biking (and amazing sunsets). If you don’t like the crowded south, this is your alternative. We loved every minute of our stay!

If you are looking for a secluded courtyard surrounded by greenery, you will find just the right thing here! The owner gave us a warm welcome, led us through the entire courtyard with many self-made beds, a pond and an ecological toilet at the most idyllic spot in Germany. If required, there is also a "real" toilet and a shower (1 € per shower). Very sympathic! We definitely recommend the place under the oak tree, only the power connection can no longer be reached with a "normal" cable length!

Absolut perfekt! Gastgeber, Hof, Stellplatz, Lage, Umgebung ... ein Träumchen! Vorab schon sehr netter Mail-Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Vor Ort wertvolle Tipps zum Erkunden der Gegend, Essen etc. erhalten. Und der Stellplatz war einfach PERFEKT! Dieser Hof und die Menschen hier strahlen soviel Lebensfreude und Herzenswärme aus, dass man sich sofort wohl und willkommen fühlt! Wir kommen wieder!!! Und danke auch an VanSite - die es durch diese Platform erst möglich machen, solche tollen Orte kennenzulernen!
