Privat Property and Construction site so no wondering about on-site due to risk of accident. No pets of leech, keep all pets in sight att all times due to Wildlife in the area. Trash and waste shall be removed as when you depart. No firepit, fireworks or other fires than your own BBQ/grill is permitted. Noise shall be kept to the minimum after 21:00 to 08:00

Cancellation policy

If canceled 72 hours or more prior to arrival, 80% of the nightly rate will be refunded by the supplier.

If you cancel 24 hours before arrival, 50% of the overnight stay will be refunded by the provider.

If canceled on the day of arrival, 30% of the accommodation amount will be refunded by the provider.

Additional offers are not affected by the cancellation policy and are 100% refunded. Additional offers cannot be canceled individually.
