About the site
A campsite nestled amidst horse pastures, very close to the North Sea. A paved path leads to a secluded spot where you can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, just a few hundred meters from the Sehestedt beach. Dogs are welcome. There is also the option to light a small fire. Those who want to experience more than just peace, nature and relaxed horses can enjoy, among other things, the hiking trails in the floating moor, the café of the Seefeld mill, the farm shop of the organic farm Butendiek and bike tours through the extensive Wesermarsch. We are usually available until 9 pm at 01742473589.

A notice: Horses may not be fed or petted without supervision. Entry to the open stable areas, paddocks, trails, and pastures is not permitted without supervision by the farm owners. Please keep dogs on a leash because of the cats running around freely.

What a great place! You can watch horses and listen to the frogs singing. The host is very friendly and helpful. The restroom was clean. We'd love to come back :)
Dominik and Jana gave us a warm welcome. A very quiet and beautifully situated campsite. Surrounded by calm and thoughtful horses. The horses themselves are here to relax. It's like you yourself, you find complete contemplation. The restroom is a two-minute walk away, but this wasn't a problem at all. Instead, we had a wonderful starry sky. The owner even offered to set up a campfire for us. But we didn't need it; the starry sky was magnificent enough. We would have liked to stay longer, but our thirst for new adventures and new places was stronger, so we continued our East Frisia tour.
A superb campsite! We could have watched the horses for hours, and the sunrises and sunsets were also very beautiful. A very quiet and well-maintained campsite. The owners were very welcoming, and we would love to come back. Highly recommended!
Perfect secluded location with very friendly hosts, a frog concert, and a guest bathroom. We'll definitely be back!

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
