About the site
Child-friendly and uncomplicated, you can spend as long as you want on holiday with me. The location is typical of Western Pomerania. Sparsely populated, manor houses everywhere and lots and lots of wild nature. The beaches of the Baltic Sea, Rostock or Stralsund can be reached in half an hour. Horseback riding, paddling, hiking... you can do it straight away. In the evening, lighting a fire or going to the sauna is no problem.

A wonderful spot on earth. It offers peace, nature, and a rural idyll. Plenty of space to choose where you want to stay. Sören is a very relaxed and friendly host. We were allowed to use the small terrace, electricity, and water. Everything was perfect and uncomplicated. We'll definitely be back! Absolutely. Thank you for everything.
Super idyllic and quiet pitch with a very nice host
Nice and friendly. Large meadow, great view, nice and quiet. Storks came to visit for dinner. Great spot if you're visiting the bird park. Only the coordinates for the arrival weren't exactly right – our sat nav sent us four house numbers away, but Sören found us :-)
A very nice place to enjoy country life in nature. Since it got quite chilly in the evenings, I was especially happy with the fire pit and the firewood. Sören is a great host. I'd love to come back.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
