Currently only accessible for off-road vehicles. Our property is on the edge of our tranquil little village, where the world still seems to be in order. Our large garden offers enough space not only for us, but also for you. The parking space is around a corner and only minimally visible from the house. Privacy and peace are therefore guaranteed. Godenstedt is right on the Oste. The entry point for the canoes and a meadow to relax on are less than 50m away. There are beautiful paths in all directions. The North Path, two mills, and the Philosopher's Path lead along the Oste to the water mill and café in Eitzte. In Godenstedt there is a stall selling eggs and the oil mill, where you can buy homemade organic oils. On Sundays you can have bread rolls delivered by Bröös if you book in advance. In Zeven (approx. 7km) there are all the shops you need for daily needs. There is a lot to discover in the area. We are happy to give you tips.
