Good morning:-) Quiet parking space in a green setting – ideal for nature lovers Our parking space is located at the far end of the property, in a quiet and separate area with its own driveway. Please note that the property is the width of the driveway and the terrace behind the garage. To the left and right are neighboring properties, which are NOT part of the parking space. There is no boundary marker; only small metal posts mark the property line on the left. Therefore, please drive straight up to the level of the conifers or the small terrace to the right behind the garage. Electricity is available via outdoor sockets. Water is also available (well water, not suitable for drinking). If needed, we will gladly fill water canisters with tap water – just let us know. In the immediate vicinity, there is a large meadow and pasture area with a small pond and irrigation ditches – ideal for walks with the dog. Depending on the season, cranes, storks, herons, and wild geese can be observed. Deer and foxes also occasionally make an appearance. The artists' colony of Schwaan, with around 5,000 inhabitants, is conveniently located between Bad Doberan, Rostock, Bützow, and Güstrow (each approximately 25 km away). The Baltic Sea near Warnemünde can be reached by car in about 30 minutes, and the A20 motorway is less than 10 minutes away. Wismar and Schwerin are also only about an hour away by car. Schwaan has a train station with regular connections to Rostock, Güstrow, and Hamburg. Particularly attractive for cyclists: the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle route runs directly past the property. Schwaan itself has a climbing forest, which ranked second among the best climbing parks in Germany. Shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away.
