General Terms and Conditions of Use and Rental – Day Parking / Site Use Usage and booking times: Usage period: The parking space is available exclusively from 08:00 until a maximum of 22:00 on the booked calendar day. The prices are valid only for the period specified here, as well as for the respective vehicle and the registered persons. Availability: The parking lot is not available all year round. No overnight stay: Overnight stays, camping, or living in the vehicle on the property are strictly prohibited at all times. Furthermore, any camping-related activities (such as setting up awnings, camping chairs, tables, or carpets outside the vehicle) are prohibited on the driveway and the property. Exceeding the parking time limit: If the permitted usage time is exceeded beyond 10:00 p.m. without prior notification, an additional daily rate will be charged. Furthermore, the landlord reserves the right to take legal action for unauthorized use of the property. No-show / Early departure: If you do not arrive by 10:00 AM without prior notification, your parking space will be forfeited; no refund will be issued. This also applies to early departures. Liability and insurance: Parking is at your own risk: The landlord accepts no liability for damage to the vehicle, theft or vandalism on the property (except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the owner). Claims settlement: The renter confirms that the parked vehicle is properly registered and covered by liability insurance. The renter is fully liable for any damage caused while maneuvering the vehicle on the property. Guest card / Tourist tax: Obligation to pay: According to the spa tax regulations of Sankt Peter-Ording, day visitors are subject to the spa tax. The spa tax is not included in the booking price. Proof: The valid proof of the guest card must be presented to the landlord upon arrival, either digitally or in paper form, without being asked. Rental price and number of people: The base price is for one vehicle and a maximum of one person during the day. Each additional person is charged a flat fee (maximum of six people allowed on the site in total). Incorrect information provided during booking will result in an additional payment due on site in cash. Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge but must be registered in advance. Invoice: The processing and billing of the booking price and any additional persons is carried out transparently via the VanSite booking system and the tax guidelines stored there. Behavior and rest periods: Loud noise must be avoided on the entire property. Extended quiet hours are in effect from 8:00 PM onwards to ensure absolute consideration for the neighbors and the surrounding area. Duty of care and damages: The tenant agrees to treat the parking space and the directly adjacent outdoor areas with care. The property must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damage caused by the tenant (e.g., due to maneuvering accidents, damage to fences, hedges, or paving) must be reported to the landlord immediately before departure and fully reimbursed. Barbecues / Open fires: Open fires, campfires and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Waste disposal: Waste must be disposed of properly and strictly separated in the designated containers on site. Glass disposal: Used glass must not be thrown into household waste. It must be taken to the glass recycling containers at Ording train station. The property must be left completely clean and free of litter. Private areas and dogs: The areas of the property marked as private and the garden may not be entered. Dogs: Dogs are welcome free of charge, but must be kept on a leash at all times on the entire property. Private garden areas and private zones are strictly off-limits to dogs (please relieve yourself outside the property). Dog waste must be bagged and disposed of in the black general waste bin. Dogs must not be left unattended in vehicles. Granting of use and removal from the premises: Subletting or use of the parking space by persons/vehicles not registered in advance is prohibited. Violations of these terms and conditions, disturbances of the peace, antisocial or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the tenancy agreement without any right to a refund. The landlord will retain the full amount as liquidated damages. In this case, the tenant is obligated to vacate the property immediately and completely upon request. Sanitary facilities: The use of outdoor showers or toilets outside the vehicle is not permitted. As no sanitary facilities (toilet/shower) are provided on site, the vehicle must have its own enclosed onboard sanitary system for daytime use (e.g., to fully collect greywater). Disposing of wastewater on the property is strictly prohibited. The nearest official disposal station is located in the industrial park (approximately 1.2 km away). ⚠️ Important Disclaimer Parking is at your own risk: The use of the private parking area is entirely at the tenant's own risk. No security: This is an unguarded daytime parking lot. The lessor accepts no liability for theft, burglary, vandalism or damage to the vehicle caused by third parties. Force majeure: The landlord is not liable for damage caused by severe weather, storms, hail, falling branches or other external influences (force majeure). Tenant's own damages: The tenant is fully liable for all damage to paving, fences, hedges or buildings caused by his vehicle (e.g. during maneuvering) or by leaking operating fluids (such as oil or coolant).
