Quiet place in the forest near lakes , mountains and 2 hours to the sea

About the site

My much-loved property is right in the heart of Carinthia , right next to the forest. From here you can visit hundreds of lakes or breathtaking peaks , e.g. B. It is an 8-minute drive to the extremely quiet Goggausee , 20 minutes to Ossiacher See , 30 minutes to Wörthersee or Forstsee etc etc. The next summit , the Hochrindl , can be reached in 15 minutes by car.... Italy / Slovenia 1 hour , Mediterranean 2 hours by car. Everything else is best to google.... You can go shopping in Spar , which is 3 minutes away by car , or in all sorts of other shops in Feldkirchen , 12 minutes away. 30 minutes to Klagenfurt center and 40min. to Villach city center.... It's a big paved square just behind my house. Immediately afterwards the forest begins , which is being reforested at the moment. Connections for electricity , water and high-voltage current directly on site; Fire pit , grill , terrace with huge sofa and dining table each available for an extra charge. Smoking is permitted as long as no residue is left.
