About the site
The Buntspecht holiday park is located in the small village of Pruchten, in a quiet location near the Bodden lagoon. Originally an East German holiday camp, it changed ownership in 2003 and continued to operate as it always had, attracting families, school groups on field trips, and parties. It was a wonderful place to spend a holiday. In October 2021, we took over the management and began preparing for our first season in 2022. With many ideas, plans, and enthusiasm, this well-known holiday park will continue to thrive and bring back many fond memories. Our guests greatly appreciate our unique location. The Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, the Darß Forest, and our miles of sandy beaches are all within easy reach, making it the perfect place for nature lovers to escape the everyday hustle and bustle. The excellent network of cycle paths makes it easy to explore the beautiful villages around the lagoon by bike.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
