About the site
The Belitz Manor House is in the same condition as a manor house at the turn of the century. It served as a filming location for the ARD series "Adventure 1900, Life in the Manor House" in 2004. What is special and unique about this manor house is that it has been restored to the state it was in around 1900 thanks to the ARD film production and the loving work of the Bongardt family. The manor house garden is huge, with mature trees providing lovely shady spots. There's a fire pit and fire bowls, a garden kitchen, and a garden sauna. There are tours of the house, scavenger hunts in the garden, shared dinners, and much more... Due to low-hanging branches, access may be difficult for XXL vehicles. If in doubt, please contact us.

5000 stars for Frauke. We received a warm welcome and lacked nothing. A very interesting place with a wealth of history; we were immersed in its contemporary history. The tour of the house was great, and despite three days of rain, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Many thanks to Frauke and family. We'll be back.
