We had a great spot, and communication with Luca (who unfortunately wasn't there at the time) was excellent at all times. Everything went smoothly, and Luca had thought of everything. The adjacent pizzeria didn't bother us, and everything was quiet after 11 p.m. Thank you very much.
Unfortunately, the host didn't have time to greet us and show us around as he was still at work. He only sent us instructions via WhatsApp and didn't come to see us after work. We had to ask for the Wi-Fi details. From 10:30 PM onwards, we no longer had access to the toilet; the door to the house was locked. We had no prior notification of this and are not familiar with this situation. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean (although the trash can in the bathroom was overflowing). The pizzeria next door is a must-visit; it's inexpensive and the food is very tasty.
Great service, everything was as described. Electricity, water, and a fantastic bathroom! Thanks to our lovely hosts.

Everything worked out great. Luca not only provided us with a good pitch but also provided us with information and tips on activities in the area via PDF. We thought that was great! Communication also went smoothly in English 👍 The children were also very happy about the two goats and were allowed to feed them with the host's sister ☺️ There was also a sandbox to play in.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
